What are your main responsibilities?
Managing a team of professionals in the provision of personal
tax advice and specialising in the area of employee share
incentive schemes.
What is the most interesting thing
about your job?
Every work day is different and presents new challenges
as a result of working in an area which is changing all
the time.
What most prepared you for your
current role?
Obtaining my professional qualifications, and related
practical experience in global firms in Ireland and the
UK.
What is the current most interesting
thing happening in your field?
Awaiting Revenue’s Statement of Practice
which is to address the income tax implications of cross
boarder employees who are in receipt of stock options.
What was your best subject in school?
Maths.

How long go you spend commuting
each day?
2.25 hours.
Favourite form of relaxation?
Spending time with family and friends and gardening.
What is the best book you have
ever read?
No particular book comes to mind – I enjoy
something light-hearted.

The Commitments.

moment?
European Ryder Cup 2002 win.
What is your pet hate?
Filling the car with petrol.
What's your ideal holiday?
Family holiday in the west of Ireland.

year would you go back to and why?
1990 – I was a student working in the US
for the summer!.

Arrival of our two sons.
