Looking after high net worth individuals or private clients
specialising in property tax and income tax – to minimise
overall tax take. To advise clients on how to pass on their
net worth to their next generation – ie: succession
planning.

about your job?
Problem solving.

current role?
Working with high caliber professionals over a long period
of time.
What is the current most interesting
thing happening in your field?
People who made money from the tiger economy are now looking
to invest in other fields such as: property investments
outside Ireland (eg: Europe/USA).
What was your best subject in school?
Maths.
What's your favourite saying/quotation?
To be, or not to be – that is the question.
How long go you spend commuting
each day?
35 minutes each way.
Favourite form of relaxation?
Golf.
What is the best book you have
ever read?
‘The Three Musketeers’ or anything by Alistair
McClean.

‘The Maltese Falcon’.

Man U winning the European Cup – 1968.
What is your pet hate?
Inconsiderate people.

year would you go back to and why?
Start over again and make the same mistakes!

Ghengis Kahn – to see what made him tick – he’s
had bad publicity over the years.
What has been your proudest moment?
The birth of my first son.

Architect.
