What are your main responsibilities?

Personal tax planning and consulting to include partnerships, executive remuneration, redundancy and restructuring, and employer PAYE/PRSI obligations.

What is the most interesting thing about your job?
The uniqueness and versatility of projects which change on a daily basis.

What most prepared you for your current role?
On the job practical training.

What is the current most interesting thing happening in your field?
Changing environment on taxation stock options and equity compensation.

What was your best subject in school?
Arts.

What's your favourite saying/quotation?
Nothing is impossible.

How long go you spend commuting each day?
An hour and a half.

Favourite form of relaxation?
Listening to music.

What is the best book you have ever read?
Da Vinci Code – by Dan Brown.

What's your favourite film?
Mississippi Burning, directed by Alan Parker.

What's your favourite sporting moment?
None.

What is your pet hate?
Rudeness and bad manners.

What's your ideal holiday?
Relaxing in a warm climate with a good book.

If you could go back in time, what year would you go back to and why?
1982 – The Leaving Cert , I wanted to study architecture but didn’t get enough points!

If you could meet anyone in the world from any era who would it be? And why?
Nelson Mandela - despite continuous abuse and hardship he stood by his views and morals.

What has been your proudest moment?
The birth of my daughter.

If you were not doing what you are doing now, what other job would you be in?
Architecture.

What would you like your legacy to be?
Never gave it any consideration.
