What are your main responsibilities?
I advise high net worth individuals in relation to all areas
of taxation from capital gains tax to succession planning.
I also provide stamp duty advice to other departments.
What is the most interesting thing
about your job?
I find that no two clients present the same challenges.
Each client has separate and distinct requirements and expectations.
What most prepared you for your
current role?
My legal training.
What is the current most interesting
thing happening in your field?
The economic boom of recent years has induced people to
look at more interesting ways of investing their money and
provide for their future. This of course makes the job more
interesting.
What was your best subject in school?
English.
What's your favourite saying/quotation?
Everything happens for a reason.
How long go you spend commuting
each day?
3.5 hours.
Favourite form of relaxation?
Reading.

ever read?
Catch 22.

What is your pet hate?
People who take up two parking spaces when parking.
What's your ideal holiday?
Any holiday that doesn’t involve lying on a beach
all day long!

year would you go back to and why?
1993 – My first year in college.
If you could meet anyone in the
world from any era who would it be? And why?
Grace Kelly – She appeared to have everything and
I would like to know if she was happy.
What has been your proudest moment?
It hasn’t happened yet…
If you were not a Supervisor in
Tax Services, Pensions and Capital Tax what other job would
you be in?
Auctioneering…….no doubt I would have retired
by now.
What would you like your legacy
to be?
A happy family and a small bank balance.
